IN-PERSON SESSION

A daily meditation practice will help reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, relax the mind, and increase self-confidence and attention span; it will bring peace and calmness to a classroom.

Each student receives a pouch with 3 tumbled gemstones and learns the following meditation exercises during two (2) 60min sessions:

  • Sound Healing – Tibetan Singing Bowl.
  • “OM” Mantra.
  • Breathwork.
  • Crystals & Gemstones Energies.
  • Golden Light Visualization.
  • Contemplation.
  • Creative Imagination.
