Meditation is like tuning a musical instrument, it harmonizes the four aspects of our being!
We experience the physical and spiritual realms through the senses of our four bodies, the energies of our seven main chakras, the identity of our ego, and the guidance of our Divine soul. Understanding these four aspects of our being and keeping them in balance and harmony is extremely important in leading a healthy and joyful life.
