LEVEL 5: Raising Our Vibration

We must no longer count mentally—as we need our mind to concentrate entirely on the visualizations—but rather count subconsciously with our right hand; we move our thumb over each third of a finger as our hand rests on our thigh/knee.

Counting to 6

Counting to 8

Counting to 10

Complete the following meditation exercise:

  • Sit up straight and close your eyes.
  • Inhale from your nose as you count to four (or more) and visualize divine light entering your body (you may also increase the count during this step).
  • Hold your breath (same count as previous step) and visualize divine light quickly moving within your body as it heals and reenergizes it.
  • Exhale from your nose (same count as previous step) and visualize divine light carrying out all impurities from your body.
  • Hold your breath once more (same count as previous step) and visualize your body in a state of purity.
  • Repeat this cycle three times.

Continue with the following cycle:

  • Inhale from your nose (same count as previous step) and visualize divine light filling your muladhara chakra (you may also increase the count during this step).
    • Visualize the chakra in its three-dimensional shape and color, floating at an approximate distance of one to two feet from your face.
  • Hold your breath (same count as previous step) and visualize your muladhara chakra glowing brighter and brighter as the divine light heals and reenergizes it.
  • Exhale from your nose (same count as previous step) and visualize divine light carrying out all impurities from your muladhara chakra.
    • The chakra’s color is also carried away and it remains glowing in a bright white light.
  • Hold your breath once more (same count as previous step) and visualize your muladhara chakra in a state of purity.
    • Visualize the chakra in its correct location in your body.
  • Repeat this cycle for your other six chakras (svadhisthana, manipura, anahata, vishuddha, ajna, and sahasrara).

Continue with the following cycle:

  • Inhale from your nose (same count as previous step) and visualize divine light beaming down from Heaven above on your sahasrara chakra and see the rose blooming with a thousand petals.
  • Hold your breath (same count as previous step) and visualize the beam of divine light entering your four bodies—through the sahasrara chakra—and moving down your spine as it activates your other six chakras.
  • Exhale from your nose (same count as previous step) and visualize the beam of divine light, your body, and your seven chakras glowing brighter and brighter.
  • Hold your breath once more (same count as previous step) and keep visualizing the beam of divine light, your body, and your seven chakras glowing brighter and brighter.
  • Repeat this cycle three times as you visualize yourself as a shining bright star in the center of the universe.

Immediately follow the exercise by remaining peacefully within for as long as you desire:

  • You can now resume your normal breathing.
  • You are no longer counting.
  • Visualize yourself as a shining bright star in the centre of the universe.

Tips for This Exercise:

  • There is no time limit for this exercise, you must enjoy every aspect of it, and not rush any part of it.
  • If you sense any blockages or negativity with any of your bodies or chakras after completing a cycle, you must keep repeating the cycle for that specific body or chakra until you no longer sense the blockage or negativity, and you can then continue with the following body or chakra.
