Returns and Cancellation Policy


If you would like to initiate a return, please message us at and let us know why you would like to return your item(s), we are always looking for feedback and ways to improve! You will then receive the address to return your item(s) to.

A return request must be created within 14 days of receiving your order.

The Golden Light Academy charges a 10% restocking fee to all returned merchandise. This helps cover the cost of the packaging, credit card processing fees, the inspection of returned items, and the repackaging of items for resale. We hope you understand! The initial shipping cost is also non-refundable.

If the items are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to send a partial refund.

We unfortunately cannot take returns on:

  • Books;
  • Tarot decks whose plastic wrappings have been opened;
  • Used products;
  • Digital items.

Please note you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns back to us. We recommend choosing a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service as we are not responsible for lost packages should you choose to ship without a tracking number.

For international returns, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return.


  • Private sessions can be cancelled two (2) days before the start date.
  • Workshops can be cancelled one (1) day before the start date.
