Our Healing Journey

When we are exposed to a series of traumatic experiences, our physical body begins suppressing them—even as they occur—to protect our state of consciousness. Over time, however, the body reaches a point where it becomes overwhelmed and can no longer contain them. Unable to release these energies on its own, the body begins to break down, affecting our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Symptoms may include physical pain, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, insomnia, intrusive or disturbing thoughts, emotional numbness, and fear. Healing begins when we guide these suppressed energies to rise into our awareness and consciously release them. This process can be challenging and uncomfortable, as many experiences will be re-lived. Yet it is through this courageous act of facing them that we may finally be healed.

We cannot truly understand our reality from a single physical-material perspective, as we also hold an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body. If we try to heal a condition by only looking at the physical body, we might simply be treating a symptom that is actually rooted in the emotional, mental, or spiritual body.

Divine Healing is not about healing the physical body—it’s about releasing the suppressed energies that are causing it harm. Once these energies are released, the physical body must then heal itself, with time and with love. True physical healing happens naturally when we restore balance across our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies—and this harmony is maintained by remaining in a positive state of mind, free of negative energies.
