Understanding Our Spiritual Journey
Identifying the Divine energies aligned with our Spiritual Journey and learning how to embody these energies to gain wisdom and understanding on our past, present and future experiences. We may then release and heal from our suppressed emotions, traumas and experiences.
Once we have identified the Divine energy associated with our Life Purpose, and the Sephirah we hold, we may then identify the Tarot spreads we can contemplate on to gain wisdom and understanding on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Numerology
We can work with numerology to reduce our birthdate and identify the divine energies that are aligned with our Spiritual Journey, but there are different ways of reducing numbers; I personally never reduce past 22 unless I’m identifying an energy that requires a single digit and I think this is very important because there are twenty-two aspects that form each state of consciousness, and if we always reduce to single digits, we are intentionally excluding divine energies that are required to fully understand the human state of consciousness and our journey on the physical-material realm; I also first add up all the whole numbers together, and then add up each digit from the resulting number if it’s higher than 22.
Twenty-Two Aspects
There are twenty-two aspects that form each state of consciousness; there’s twenty-one divine energies and then there’s our higher self. Each of these twenty-two aspects are associated with a Major Arcana Tarot card, a letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and a Path of the Kabbalah (The Tree of Life).
You may reference my personal interpretations of the twenty-two aspects on the following page: ROSOC, but keep in mind that nothing is permanent, nothing holds a single universal meaning, and that we may all hold a different state of consciousness; therefore, contemplation is extremely important to gain wisdom and understanding that is aligned with your current state of consciousness.
Path Year
Our Path Year reveals a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual experience that highlights the passionate path that fulfills our soul’s growth.
Example:
Birth Day + Birth Month + Birth Year
05 + 02 + 1985 = 1992
Generation
Divine energies evolve every generation to guide humanity towards higher states of consciousness. The generation of our Divine energies can be determined by dividing our Path Year by twenty-two (only consider the whole number).
Example:
Path Year = 1992
1992 ÷ 22 = 90.54545454545455 = 90
The theme of our Generation is then determined by reducing our Generation.
Example:
Generation = 90
9 + 0 = 9 (IX The Hermit)
If the result is above 22, you must reduce the number once more.
Life Purpose
The Divine energy associated with our Life Purpose reveals our core values and our beliefs. We must embody this Divine energy to fulfill our true life purpose on the physical-material realm, which can be identified by the Divine energies associated with the Age* and Yearly Lesson* we hold during our Path Year.
Example:
Path Year = 1992
Life Purpose: 1 + 9 + 9 + 2 = 21 (XXI The World)
Age in 1992: 7 (VII The Chariot)
Birth Day + Birth Month + Path Year (1992)
05 + 02 + 1992 = 1999
1 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 28
Yearly Lesson in 1992: 2 + 8 = 10 (X Wheel of Fortune)
If the result is above 22, you must reduce the number once more.

Contemplating on XXI The World, VII The Chariot, and X Wheel of Fortune may reveal something as:
I must maintain a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance and accomplish everything that manifests before me to remain on the path that keeps me determined and well prepared to overcome the painful trials of life.
Grounding Energy
The Divine energy associated with our Grounding Energy helps us remain aligned with our Life Purpose; it helps us remain grounded on the Path that fulfills our soul’s growth.
Example:
Life Purpose = 21
2 + 1 = 3 (III The Empress)
If our Life Purpose is already a single digit, our Grounding Energy will share the same Divine energy.
Assisting Energy
The experiences that manifest in the course of our journey place us in a position to fully embody the Divine energy associated with our Assisting Energy; these experiences greatly contribute to our soul’s growth, we should never restrain ourselves from having these experiences.
- From 7 to 29 years old: Our Shadow Years
- We remain innocent until the age of seven; the Divine energy associated with our Assisting Energy then guides the physical and spiritual experiences required to fulfill our soul’s growth; they are powerful and dramatic experiences and the cause for the manifestation of our fears and inner demons.
- From 30 to 39 years old: Our Learning Years
- The Divine energy associated with our Assisting Energy will then help us learn and grow from the previous physical and spiritual experiences and empower us to face and overcome our fears and inner demons.
- As of 40 years old: Our Spiritual Journey
- Our spiritual journey to fulfill our soul’s growth may then commence at the age of 40, after we have overcome our fears and our inner demons.
“Remember the long way that the Lord your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, in order to humble you, testing you to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commandments. He humbled you by letting you hunger, then by feeding you with manna, with which neither you nor your ancestors were acquainted, in order to make you understand that one does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.”

We do not require an Assisting Energy if our Life Purpose is between 14 and 18 as embarking on a personal spiritual journey within and helping others embody the Divine energy associated with our Life Purpose will contribute most to our soul’s growth.
Daily Guidance Energy
The Daily Guidance Energy reveals the Divine energy that we may embody on the reference day.
Example:
Reference Day = 27/12/2021
27 + 12 + 2021 = 2060
2 + 0 + 6 + 0 = 8 (VIII Strength)
If the result is above 22, you must reduce the number once more.
When the Daily Guidance Energy matches one of our energies (Life Purpose/Grounding/Assisting/Yearly Lesson/Age), we will have an experience that will reveal great wisdom and understanding.
Yearly Lessons
The Divine energies associated with our Yearly Lessons identify the powerful lessons we must learn each year; they are major experiences that highlight the reference year and help us move further along the path that fulfills our soul’s growth—a Yearly Lesson begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st.
Example:
Birth Day + Birth Month + Reference Year (2021)
05 + 02 + 2021 = 2028
2 + 0 + 2 + 8 = 12 (XII The Hanged Man)

The Divine energy associated with the age that we reach during the reference year then reveals the aspect of the state of consciousness we must embody to successfully complete each Yearly Lesson.
Example:
2021 Age = 36
3 + 6 = 9 (IX The Hermit)
A great experience will occur that will change the course of our life when the Divine energy associated with our Life Purpose occurs as a Yearly Lesson or as the Age that we reach during the reference year. This new path can either be filled with positive experiences, or negative experiences, but will always remain aligned with the path that fulfills our soul’s growth.
We can then map out past events and identify the aspect associated with each referenced year. This is a great learning exercise as we will be associating personal experiences with the twenty-two aspects that form each state of consciousness.
Zodiac Energy
The Divine energy associated with our Zodiac Energy reveals our personality and how we express ourselves on the physical realm.

Contemplation
Contemplation is a meditation technique that keeps us conscious and grounded on the physical realm and reveals wisdom and understanding that is aligned with our current state of consciousness by engaging our four bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) and our physical and spiritual senses.
It is best to complete the following contemplation exercise first thing in the morning, for ten minutes, and limit ourselves to one Divine energy per day. We can then reread our notes at the end of the day to gain further wisdom and understanding.
Concentrate on a Major Arcana Tarot card or on a Tarot spread and contemplate on the symbols, the colours, the landscape, and the characters; question everything about the image as you allow yourself to enter the world within it to explore: Who is the main character? What is the main character thinking / doing? Who are the other characters? Feel free to also question any of your concerns or desires, or anything else that might come to mind.
It is a silent and mental process, but we must also remain open to receive and write down any thought, emotion, sensation, or anything else that might rise.
You must then remain conscious of your morning contemplation session throughout your day, and at the end of the day, write down any event or experience that reflected your contemplation session. You should also document your dreams or any lingering thought as you wake up in the morning; we only have 10 to 15 seconds to write down our thoughts as soon as we wake up before our mind interferes and imposes rationality and logic.
Once you have completed your cycle of contemplation, simply take the time to reread your notes, allowing each experience to resurface in your consciousness.

- Zodiac Energy = Our Life Purpose
- The personality and self-expression of friends and family members that hold the same Zodiac Energy as our Life Purpose will teach us how to embody the Divine energy and remain on the path that fulfills our soul’s growth.
- Zodiac Energy = Our Grounding Energy
- The personality and self-expression of friends and family members that hold the same Zodiac Energy as our Grounding Energy will help us find our balance and remain grounded on the Path that fulfills our soul’s growth.
- Zodiac Energy = Our Assisting Energy
- The personality and self-expression of friends and family members that hold the same Zodiac Energy as our Assisting Energy will manifest the experiences that we require to fulfill our soul’s growth.
The Kabbalah (The Tree of Life)
The 10 Sephiroth and the 22 Paths of the Kabbalah
Each Sephirah has a shadow and a light which casts the shadow, and each Path is linked with two Sephiroth, the light of the higher Sephirah and the shadow of the lower Sephirah. Once we have identified the Divine energy associated with our Life Purpose, we can then identify our Path and determine if we hold the light of the higher Sephirah, the shadow of the lower Sephirah, or both, by the colour of our eyes.
It is also extremely important to understand that there is no such thing as a good Path, a bad Path, a good Sephirah, or a bad Sephirah, as they are all unique aspects of the Divine; holding the shadow of a lower Sephirah is just as Divine as holding the light of a higher Sephirah. We are all experiencing physical life on the dense third dimension and we all find ourselves struggling with its limitations from time to time.
The Colour of Our Eyes:
- Light of the higher Sephirah – Lower Number:
- Gray eyes and blue eyes.
- Shadow of the lower Sephirah – Higher Number:
- Hazel eyes and brown eyes.
- Both Sephiroth:
- Green eyes.
If our eyes hold multiple colours, or vary depending on our mood or our clothes, we must contemplate on the colour of our eyes to correctly determine the Sephirah—or Sephiroth—we hold; some may hold hints of blue or gray as they are receiving additional guidance from a higher soul and others may hold hints of brown as they hold opportunities for further growth.
